I had Avalon out to inspect my roof for hail damage. Jesus came out and went over the process with me. He was very informative. He’s been super and Avalon has been very helpful and understanding through this process. We look forward to working with Avalon and would strongly recommend these guys. Wesley came as he said he would. He was very truthful and forthcoming with information and had the guys here just as he said and then some. The estimates were spot on compared to what I had received from other contractors. I loved the roof and it truly matches the color of my house. I feel that I have a much better quality roof than I did before. I would highly recommend him and Avalon Building Concepts to others. Thanks, Wesley!

Hired Avalon for 3 projects (roofing, siding & windows). Roof is completed....waiting on the other 2 projects. Jesus was great to work with...knowledgeable and honest! Roof was completed in half a day...they even changed out rotted OSB over the garage... you can tell they want to do it the right way. They worked organized and no mess was left over. Siding and windows are coming soon...will leave another review once installed. Very happy customer!

Will was very helpful, polite and was always available when I had questions. Tim did the installation of our egress window and he did a great job. I definitely recommend Avalon and will use them again.

Worked with Matt their sales representative for quotes and scheduling. My job was delayed a few days due to adverse weather but it is Michigan. I was told the crew would arrive by 7:30am and they were here at 7:15 putting tarps around the entire house and over all the flowers and bushes. The job was completed in one day. The workers were fast, friendly, and very polite. Matt was in communication to ensure the job was to my satisfaction at all times.

William and Wesley were great to work with. They were very up front with what had to be done and the length of time that it would take. The guys that did the work were very polite. William and Wesley answered all the questions and concerns that we had. They were here all 3 days and helped make sure that everything was cleaned up.

We had wind and hail damage to our roof. Wesley Howard from Avalon Roofing & Exteriors came out and met with us and the insurance inspector. Wesley was a great help throughout the whole process. The roof was repaired and it looks great. I would definitely recommend Wesley and his company to anyone needing roof repairs.

Avalon replaced our roof, soffits and fascia, and siding. The workmanship is outstanding and the quality of materials is far superior to any other company we got quotes from. They were also super fast. We did not choose them because they were the least expensive, but because of the quality product that they offered and the other reviews we had seen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We had Avalon replace 2 leaky skylights on our back porch and were very happy with the job done. They sent someone within a few days of calling to look at, and quote the job. Their price was competitive or less than my 2 other quotes. The installer did an excellent job, and worked well past dinner to finish the job. I would use Avalon again when needed.

Had a roof leak in the middle of the night so I emailed Avalon that night and Will Harris came by the next evening and inspected everything. He found the leak and quoted me a price comparable to the ones. Everyone I dealt with through Avalon was very friendly and eager to make sure you were taken care of and happy with their service. Chris Greening, was the first person to stop by for a roofing and gutter estimate that I'd requested from many companies. Chris was right on time and when I arrived home from work he had already surveyed the job that needed to be done and was on the roof taking measurements.
