We are extremely thankful for the Avalon team’s help! We have a 125+ year old house that desperately needed a new roof and rooftop deck replacement. Rick took considerable care in bringing out his team to inspect all the possible concerns and develop a plan before we even engaged them contractually. Paco and his crew not only had to tear off the old roof deck and rooftop, they had to redesign roof slopes and replace significant areas of wood rot and sheeting. This became a full on construction project that few contractors would be able to execute. Rick and Paco were in constant communication with us on the issues we were to expect and the options for correcting them. The service during the project was A+. We are on Lake Michigan so the challenges of high winds and rain were concerning. This team was constantly ensuring weather did not cause unforeseen problems. Many high wind and rain storms came up during this project and not one drop infiltrated our house. The quality of work was more than impressive. True professionals that are partners as concerned as us in keeping our property safe! The workmanship on our project was second to none. We have worked with many contractors on projects to our home and the Avalon team is by far the best team around. Issues were found and corrected, design ideas were presented, studied and implemented, so refreshing to have a team as concerned for our satisfaction as much as we are. Impressed With Avalon
Rick from Avalon Roofing came out to look at replacing our French Doors because of glass gassing. Lincoln Doors had told us the glass could not be replaced. Rick connected us with a person that could replace the glass instead of trying to sell us a very expensive door. Avalon got nothing from this. I am very impressed on the time he took to work with the glass person to give us an alternative. I hope to work with Avalon in the future if needed.

The majority of the reviews are positive and that's exactly the kind of service I got from Avalon Building Concepts. I will be using them again in the future. Will also texted me after the gutters were done saying he will be doing a final inspection next week and address any concerns I have.
Reasonable Price
Brent was very personable and knowledgeable in the craft and brought me a wealth of information and even more ideas of how to add value to my home in the long run. I am thankful for the genuine experience that did not come with high pressure to buy now, as I was simply doing research and trying to financially prepare for the project.
